An amazing stay for me and my fiancé to get married. The property manager went above and beyond to make sure our special Positive: perfect location to get to anything in pensacola in 10 mins. individual houses for all of our friends and family to have our own space.

Very unclean, and staff was rude. Positive: Like that entry was easy, and the unit had the basic necessities needed for a short stay. Negative: The room was FILTHY. Floors weren’t swept, trash left on the table, plates with dried food stuck to them in the cabinets, the bed was hard, and sheets dirty. The bathroom was also unclean, with the worst thing I found being the toilet seat with a literal outline of someone’s leg’s from sitting on it. Almost nothing had been cleaned. And on top of that, when I told the staff about it I was given nothing but excuses and attitude. I have never had a negative experience while using booking.com, and I’m very sad to say that this stay will be the first. Location is also very sketchy, random dogs wandering around the facility, and you can hear everything from inside your unit.
